More than 150 guests danced, ate and laughed the night away at the Anderson Conference Center during the 2022 Goodwill Gala, which raised over $100,000 for Helms College scholarships and Goodwill’s education initiatives. The mantra for the evening? Come hungry. Leave fulfilled.
The night’s theme was Back in the Groove, and the sights, sounds and smells flowed through the venue like notes coming off sheet music.
Elvis may have been in the building, but the Helms College faculty chefs and students were the true stars behind the four culinary experiences that highlighted America’s iconic music cities: Soulful Memphis Blues, Spicy New Orleans Jazz, Homegrown Nashville Country and Southern Macon Rock.
